BIRTH CERTIFICATES
I am legally required to see your original Birth Certificates if born in Australia. Copies of birth certificates are not acceptable. You can obtain a registered copy through Births, Deaths and Marriages Registrar in the State in which you were born.

BORN OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
If you were born outside of Australia you are required to produce your Birth Certificate. In the unlikely event you are unable to obtain a copy of your birth certificate from an overseas country , you willl need to provide your overseas Passport.
NOTICE OF INTENDED MARRIAGE (NOIM form 13)
Prior to a marriage taking place a Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) must be given to your authorised celebrant solemnizing your marriage. The notice must be received by the celebrant not earlier than 18 months before the date of the marriage and no later than one month and one day before the date of the marriage. The NOIM form must be witnessed by an authorised person. As a marriage celebrant I am authorised to witness this form and can supply you with the form at our first meeting.
